Qualification brief

Twelve answers, one costed proposal

We quote from facts, not from a discovery call that ends in "it depends". These questions cover what actually moves the timeline and the price — your CRM, your agency channel, the scale you work at. Skip anything you would rather discuss in person.

About 5 minutes. Only the last section is mandatory.

01

Company

Who you are and at what scale you operate.

City or region — data sources are nationwide, so this only affects the competitor pool.

The subscription is charged per project, so this sets the running cost.

02

The problem

What is actually costing you money right now.

Pick everything that applies — it decides which product goes first.

Tools you bought, agencies you hired, what did not stick and why.

03

Your setup

This is what decides how long integration takes.

MacroCRM has a ready adapter; anything else is implementation work.

Decides whether Fixation applies and at which tier.

Up to 50 fit in one monitored set; the size does not change the price.

Someone has to receive the reports and act on them. Without a named owner, implementations stall.

04

Scope and timing

So the proposal arrives with dates rather than ranges.

An honest range means we propose what fits instead of what impresses.

Tells us whether to prepare a one-pager or a board-ready case.
